HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON BODYMAX ONLINE STORE?
Follow the given steps to place an order on Bodymax Online Store:
- Search for an item of your choice. Click on the product. Check its particulars and add to cart
- Register with us. You can also proceed as a Guest by entering your email id. (It’s better to register us, as it helps you to order faster. You can also keep updated about the latest products and trends through our email newsletters.)
- Proceed to checkout
- Provide your contact and shipping details. Double check the address for any errors.
- Enter Coupon code, if applicable.
- Confirm the order details.
- Select payment option (Currently we offer Cash on Delivery Only) You can contact us for Jazzcash and Easypaisa.
- Submit your order
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?
You will receive a confirmation mail in your registered Email id, once your order is placed successfully. You can check your order details by clicking on the link.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation mail with the shipment number and tracking code. You can track the status of your shipment using this code on the courier service provider’s website. Sometimes it may take 48 hours to get the tracking code.
You can also track your order through ‘My Account’ section.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE MY ORDER IS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?
Change address
Please call at +92 333 5143844 (10 AM to 7 PM IST on weekdays) or write to info@bodymax.pk to change your address, after the order is placed.
Please note, your address change request will only be considered, if your order has not been shipped.
Modify/add a product
You will not be able to modify your order, once the order is shipped. You will have to place a new order if you want to add any new product.
Ask for a later delivery date
To receive your order at a later date, please coordinate with the courier person once he contacts you for delivering the product
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
To change your address, the following steps:
- Log in to Bodymax Online Store
- Go to My Account
- Click ‘Saved Addresses’
- Enter your address details
- Click Save
WILL YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGES, IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you cancel your order within 3 hours of placing the order or before being shipped (whichever first), your shipping charges will be refunded.
In case you cancel some products in your order before shipping, we will refund the charges in proportion to the total number of products in the order.
If your order is subsequently cancelled by us, we will refund 100% of your shipping charges.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can receive quick refund amount in two forms: (i) jazz cash or (ii) easyPaisa
For transactions done through Credit Card/Debit Card/Online banking, the amount will be refunded in your bank account. It may take 14-15working days after the initiation of refund process to reflect the amount in your bank account. Currently we offer Cash on Delivery only.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES APPLICABLE ON MY ORDER?
No hidden charges are applicable for any order. The price listed on Bodymax Online Store is final and inclusive of all taxes.
